Concerned about quality of product

My products came yesterday and although too early to see results, the serum was not properly sealed and soaked through the box. It was lumpy and an awful brown color. The eye cream tube seems to be practically empty and the color is brownish. Not very appealing or like any other skin care products I have used. I generally use Chanel or Lancome...was hoping to find something that works but is more cost effective.

Just received my products, the eye cream tube was missing most of it''s cream. Will call customer service, they are always helpful.

I am 59 yrs young and this is WONDERFUL for older skin. Also, I am a redhead and have very FRAGILE skin...this has been amazing! Especially around the eye area. I also use other SSC products,(and have most of them) but this set is the foundation of my face care. I do rotate my cleansers with the glycolic, the A and the Olive Oil...Winters, I use more olive oil with this ... LOVE IT! Thank you!!!!It just feels HEAVENLY!!

Just what my face needed! Being a young (and trying to stay that way) looking 63 year old, these products do what they say they will. People are truly amazed when I tell them my age! Thanks again Jennifer!

I was using Jansen Beckett AlphaDerma Line and let me tell you...these products work just as well, for fraction of the cost! I''m a convert!

What a wonderful product line. Actually I only used this because it was in the Beauty Box late last year. Am I glad it was! This product is now my very favorite in all lines. Results are beautiful....softer skin and overall brighter, plumper looking appearance. Thank you so much for this product.

My wrinkles are much improved thanks to the Rulinea line. I love getting the glycolic cleanser with this, and I wish the hand cream were included again in a kit. Yes, the serum is brownish but only because of the ingredients, works great! Love the products, very gentle and effective. I will keep buying this for my 45 yr. old face along with the Reverse line. Thanks

I am a 63 year young gal and have tried SSC for the first time. Oh my goodness its a miracle for my skin''s aged completion. I have gone from drab gray skin to a beautiful shine and shimmer glow. All have noticed the change and are ordering it. Thank u so much Jennifer for thinking of gals our age. I will never be without SSC.

I thought the serums just left a kind of coating over your skin, and the cream just left my skin shiny and took forever to soak in. I saw no difference in my skin except had more breakouts. I''ve tried other Serious Skin Care products, and I have to say I''m not impressed. |
