Leather feels like vinyl

I just received it today and the leather feels like vinyl. Very disappointed. It''s going back.

I got the yellow. In NY yellow is the big bag color this spring. This bag looks beautiful and $$. Definatly worth the small price tag for an embossed leather bag like this. Keeper!

I just received this Sharif handbag in the PINK as an early Mother''s Day present. I love it! It''s beautifully made and I love the color. Just right for a girly-girl like me!

Great shape and color palette offered on this bag. The leather is more on the stiff side, whether that''s because of the tooling I don''t know but I don''t care for stiffer leathers - it takes away from the bag''s intended (one presumes) lux look & can suggest faux leather to those seeing it. Also, what were you thinking, Sharif, to GLITTER the bag''s trim?? Yellow with sparkles ... Yikes. Hannah Montana would like it ... Mine''s going back.

I ordered the Taupe (is more pewter in most lighting)and yellow. To me, the yellow is a bit "too bright" to justify keeping. I was unsure on the Taupe until I moved the handles down one notch. Much better. The drawback is that the straps naturally fall and fold IN toward each other in the middle and don''t BEND BACK & OUT. If you are trying to get INSIDE your purse, you need to bend and HOLD the handles back the other way. I like the style and color in Taupe too much to consider returning it.

I got the taupe bag and I love it! It looks super expensive and is comfortable to wear... Somehow it doesn''t feel as heavy as my other bags carring the same amount of stuff inside!!! That''s a bonus. Super bag and at a super price for sure!!!!

I got the pink bag today and it''s beyond my expectations. Sharif always makes great bags; but this one is such a nice pretty pink color. Absolutely an it bag for the season. I wish this also came in a poweder blue.

This is my first Sharif bag. I liked it because it was not over the top. The yellow is subtle and very nice. Even my husband liked it. And I need another bag like I need a hole in the head.

I just got the yellow in the mail today and it is awesome! I can''t find one thing about it that I don''t like. Probably the most unique purse I have ever owned. A perfect bag for spring and summer!

I just got the Yellow bag and it is really nice. Great quality for the cost, and the perfect amount of room. It is also light for such a large bag, and the leather is beautiful. I also love the slight glitter and gloss on the trim. I put my stuff in it right away. I am pleased it can go to a tote and back so easily. If you want an on trend bag GRAB the yellow one! |
