i ordered these for my mother and mother in law for mothers day b/c they looked so good. not enough quality to give as a gift. they were just ok, not enough caramel, the caramel was hard on most and a really thin layer of chocolate on others. will not return and will not order again.

I got these for my mom for mother''s day, but gave them to her early so she could get them as fresh as possible. They are a big hit!!! They arrived in perfect condition, not one broken one. The pretzels were great and crispy, and it was just the right amount of topping on the outside. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

I was really looking forward to receiving these....they looked so good when presented. Very disapointing quality....poor, almost tasteless chocolate and the pretzel cores tasted old/mushy...not crunchy. Very disapointing.

None of them were broken....but, they were melted. I salvaged a few, and they tasted great. They were fresh. I will just order them for Christmas next time...when it''s colder.
Stale Pretzels

I ordered these as a gift. The recipient desribed these pretzels as "stale" and having the consistencey of "sawdust." Recipient further stated that the pretzels were not at all crisp. The only good comment was that they were not broken and were about 9-10 inches long! I e-mailed Silvestri Sweets--let''s see if they respond. I was going to order their carmel apples--but no way now. I should have listened to the majority of the HSN comments--bad.

I received these pretzels yesterday. My kids really like them, but I agree with other reviews, the coating the majority of the pretzels is very thin. The only ones with good coating are the ones with caramel and then the toppings. I might order them again since my kids do like them alot, even the thinly coated pretzels!

The pretzels were a dissappointment to me. There was not enough caramel on the pretzels at all. The chocolate coated ones had a very thin coating of chocolate on them. The other pretzels that were covered with toppings were alright, but not great. I love chocolate covered pretzels and these were not very good. I would not buy these again. I will just buy the ones in the bag in the grocery store. They are better than these.
Mistaken identity

I was quite disappointed when opening my boxes of pretzels - some were broken, some were melted and I felt the amount of topping on most of the pretzels was not equal to that shown on the presentation on TV. I bought these for my mother-in-law for Mother''s Day - hopefully she won''t be disappointed when she opens them. When shipping chocolate in warmer weather this company should pack differently if they want their product to arrive the way it left!

These were really good pretzels. they were fresh, well coated and non were broken. For 40 fresh, covered pretzels, this is a great deal. maybe I got a new batch, who knows, but the ones I received are good. |
