Problem with Sporto Waterproof Suede Mid-Calf Boot

I love these boots,but for the price;I don''t feel we are getting our money''s worth. Style 5+,Wearability 5+, Comfort,5+ but quality a 2(Fair).The Suede HEEL seam came apart. HSN won''t exchange or return because the 30 days were up and the manufacture had no warrenty, so I lose the money and have no boots.If you are in the high income bracket,I would suggest buying 2 of each color then when the heel comes apart you will have another pair.Medium,or (Low Income)we will be sad and out the money

These are super cute and comfy, but the vertical seam in the back came open on both boots after only wearing a few times... the heel seems hollow, so that when you walk you dip down and bounce... don''t like that either... disappointed
Defective Heel

I purchased these boots on 12/03/08. They heel cracked two days ago and HSN will not accept my return. As a consumer this is unfair. Other than the cracked heel the boots were great.

I HAVE PURCHASE THESE SPORTO BOOTS FOR THE WINTER, AFTER LESS THEN FOUR MONTHS THE BACK OF THE HEELS HAVE SPLIT OPEN AND TO REVEAL IN THE INSIDE THERE IS NO SUPPORT IN THE INSIDE. THIN MATERIAL. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MY COMPLAIN. I CAN NOT RETURN THE SHOES SINCE ITS BEEN THREE MONTHS AND I HAVE JUST WASTED MONEY ON POOR WORKMANSHIP. I HAVE ALSON PURCHASE SIMILIAR BOOTS FOR MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW AND HOPING THAT THE SAME THING DOES NOT HAPPEN TO THEM.

This boot is sooo comfy and warm. It is perfect for winter nights because you can put them on and walk for miles. I would recommend this boot to everyone. And another plus...IT LOOKS COOL!
Great looking but not comfortable

These boots look great on but I had to send it back because it put too much pressure on my knees due to the high heel. I have a high arch so it may work for other people.

I love these boots. They are so cute and very comfortable. I love that these boots have a zipper on the side so you don''t have to deal with the laces. Highly recommend!!

Good looking, light weight and keep my feet warm in winter, even the temperature only 17''F, it soooooooo comfortable.

These boots have a great look, even in wide. I have not had any negative experience with these in the size, heel or anything previously mentioned. I live in Chicago so they are really getting beat up and still look great!! Don''t hesitate to order a pair!! |
