Don''t honor year warrenty on plants

This product was shipped over a month before it was save to plant without freezing. They died before they could be planted and I have tried to get them replaced with the year plant warranty and have had no success. HSN nor Spring Hill will respond to my emails requesting information on how to get replaced.

When these arrived, I thought they looked a little weak and spindly. I planted them and they are starting to leaf out. I think they''ll do well. Hope I can post with a fuller report in a few more weeks.

They arrived and looked dead. The roots were a big tangle mess. But I pulled the ball of roots apart and planted them around mt new patio. I''m hoping that they will cut down on the traffic noise. Easy to plant. Got my fingers crossed. I did see new GREEN growth this morning.........

I ordered 12 plants to place along the entire fence on one side of my house. I just received them today and am very excited they look just like they told me, very healthy and alive! we planted them which was very easy and are so excited to watch them grow!hopefully I will be able to post pictures soon, if there is anyone out there that has some that have grown please post a review or photo! |
