I use it twice a day, morning and evening. I feel taller and very stretched out when I get off. It feels like my posture has improved. I do the stretching it showed on the DVD, and I also do the pull ups, which is working great on my abs. The first time I tried it I did get a bit of a head rush but I stuck with it and by the third use that feeling was totally gone. My husband has had back aches for years and says he hasn''t been up in the middle of the night hurting since using it. Love it!!

I just got table and I love it. It was very simple to assemble, I really don''t understand how anyone would have trouble putting this together. But the inversion is awesome, you feel the stretch and the relif immediately. I also purchased the gravity boots and the massage pad and the teeter handles which allow for even more stretch when totally inverted. I highly recommend this inversion table!

I received my Teeter EP-850 this week. I''m not mechanically inclined at all and I put it together by myself in about 1 1/2 hours. Just follow the directions. I have used it each morning and evening. I sit at a computer all day and carry a lot of tension in my neck and back. It''s much better since inverting and I also feel very energized afterward. My daughters scoffed when the box was delivered, but they both have been using it. I highly recommend this product.

OK, the quality is good and Im looking forward to really using it now that I finally got it together. Im sorry, but BEWARE this is not easy to asssemble.

This item it impossible for a single person to put together or return. HSN should make their return policy on this item easier to return. They don''t tell you the precautions on TV. Like the physical and medical do''s and don''ts. One precaution is if you don''t put it together correctly it can cause DEATH. They don''t tell you on TV to get a Doctor''s permission to use this apparatus. If you are elderly or live alone, don''t not get this equipment.

The table has helped relive my back pain from my large bulging disc. I use the table 2x/day for 10 minutes each. My husband also has had good pain relief. The quality of the table is great. I was expecting the table to be very difficult to move due to everyone saying how heavy it was. It was much lighter than I anticipated but heavy enough to show its quality. Putting it together was also very easy, took about 20 minutes. I would recommend this to my anyone with back pain.

I have been looking at this table for about 6 months and I finally ordered it. We received the table about a week ago. It is fairly easy to put together but it is heavy so ask for help. I used it for the first time for about one minute and you do have to get use to being inverted and make sure your feel are tightly locked. When I got up I felt so much better and my back pain went away. I would suggest you try this table if you have any sort of pain or would just like a relaxing stretch.

I have been using my Inversion table for 6days now and it is great no back pain at all. I sit at my job all day and i have had 2back surgeries I am only 34yrs old and since I herniated by disc 2yrs ago I have had back pain every day of my life. And now when I get home from work every day I use my Inversion table.I can feel my back relax as soon as I get on table and go upside down. I cannot speak better on any product I have ever bought!! Thanks HSN!!!!
No Better Product Out There For The Price

This inversion table has all but healed my back pain from ruptured disc 2 years ago. The doc said if I came back then surgery is my only option. Ive had this for 5 months and I feel no more pain in my back and leg. There are many other tables out there at retail chains ranging from $89-$229 that I have looked at. None of them come close to the quality. Go ahead and spend the $300 and get yourself a quality product here. After seeing other products, 5 stars isnt enough to rate this one. |
