Would not recommend this product. Takes forever to get in the mail, instructions are awful and you can buy the same gazelle at Wal-Mart for less than half the price of this one. Since mine did not initially come with assembly instructions I had to wait 2 weeks to receive them, then they ended up sending me the food guide again instead of instructions. It''s been over 30 days and I wish I had not bought this and listened to what other reviews were saying.

I was hopeful after waited for a week for UPS to finally delivered the machine caused UPS mixed up the delivery. However the fastener pack was not in the package, then I have to wait for another week for it to be shipped. The instruction is not easy to read, however I managed to hold on my patience to put it together but without the bolts, the only thing I could only do is to stare at the machine to wish for the fastener pack to arrive. What a disappointment.

I am pleased with this gazelle but found it very hard to put together. Had to wait for some help to finish it after 2 hours of trying, ugh. I enjoy using it & also my 21 year old son uses it a few times a week just to tone. My only complaint is, its very squeaky. Tony makes it fun to work out with the DVD.

I am a 65 year old Great Grandmother. I opened the box, looked at the directions and thought I can lay it out. One thing led to the next and in two hours I was trying it out. I had a quad heart by-pass a few months ago so am very careful not to over do. Tony am taking care not to over do on the gazelle also. Next I will get the Chair. Thanks for helping make life better, I should have started years ago.
nightmare assembly, nightmare return

I open the box and nearly fainted. I took out the instruction booklet,that made my fear only worse. I opted to return. I wrangled the 60+ pound, odd shape box to UPS. Was told that it would be $80+,this item is NOT an e-z return item. Called customer service to see if they could email or fax a return label. I was told by a not very sympathetic clerk that it had to be mailed, 7-10 days. When she asked if there was anything else, please note that this process was stressful and she became argumentative saying what do you mean ?! I stated that I now had to lug the 60+ lbs. back home,just to do the whole process all over in 7-10 days. To this she said that was just to be expected. Really I said, doesn''t HSN promote itself as having easy returns ! It''s not over yet 7-10 days I''ll get to try all over again. p.s. you cut the ties on the box you have to have a way to keep the top. Tape supplied by ups store $6.50 per roll,needs 2 rolls

I got the impression that the machine would fold flat, but when folded the handles stick up by at least 12 inches, so that you really can''t get it under a bed, etc. Therefore it still takes up valuable floor space. Also, it has wheels for rolling, however, the cable holders that secure the foot platforms scrape along the floor. So, I am now the proud owner of a deeply scratched hardwood floor. If you buy the Sprint Master, don''t do it for the compact nature, or you''ll be sadly disppointed.
Smooth glider - this baby rocks!

I had a Airofit glider made by Fitness Quest - no comparison between this machine. The action is nice and smooth, no squeaks or rattles. Love the pistons for extra workout and toning. Very impressed with this machine- this is actually fun! Get it you won''t be sorry!

Assembly was easy, I''ve just been using it for 2 days and I can already see(and feel) a difference. The menu plans and DVDs are great too! Its a no-brainer just buy it!I''m feeling muscles I didn''t know I had and I was in fairly good shape going in.
It''s exactly what I''ve been looking for!

I was counting the minutes to delivery date. Expected (and dreaded) HUNDREDS of pieces to put together (according to previous reviews). To my amazement and delight - boiled down to screwing in a few bolts, very very easy to do and didn''t take me (an over 50 gal) long to do. Machine is much smaller than expected, quiet and very sturdy. Now I can walk any time day or night and get an excellent cardio and leg work out. I''m SOOOOO happy and glad that I got this!

My husband and I are in our 60''s, and this gives us a great workout in a short time. (He has never worked out, and now uses it 5 days a week!)The dvd''s give you the motivation you need to keep going. The machine has a few squeaks, but I think a little wd-40 might help. Overall, we love it! |
