Where''s my mat?

Having read complaints here that the mat pictured did not arrive, I was not surprised to find mine did not have one either. The user manual strongly emphasizes NOT to use the stepper without it! Why does the user manual not include a reference chart of the arm moves shown on the DVD for when you''re not using it? It does hurt my knees if I don''t stand up very straight and concentrate on using my hips to move. I do like the stepper so far and consider it a very clever invention.

Love this item. I''m a couch potato. I put it in front of my chair and during commercials I get up and use it then sit down again when the show starts. I already feel stronger and actually get my heartrate pumping a little without over stressing myself. It''s actually fun to do! Small enough not to be in the way, just convenient enough to use.

I ordered this stepper about a month ago and didn''t use it until yesterday. I went on it slowly at first then got used to it very quickly. I also own a treadmill and elliptical trainer and will be using them less and less since I got the rock and roll stepper. Today I feel it in my thighs so I know that it giving me an excellent workout in a very short period of time. Would highly recommend this stepper.

When u first step onto this it can be alittle awkward, once u get the hang of it watch out!I didnt have a lot of time the day I recieved it but jumped on for about 5 minutes, The next day I was actually sore in my legs.I am very into working out and even I was sore on this.It is truly amazing and I recommend it to anyone who wants a good workout.Yes it will move little on the floor but so what? move it back, also try putting a bath mat under it and it wont "walk" anymore. I LOVE IT

I love this pieice of exercise equipment. It is so much fun to use. I like my Gazelle but like this just as much or even better. It has been hard for me to firm up my inner thighs, but now mission is accomplished with the Little Rock''n Roll Stepper. I would recomment this to anyone. So far, I''ve had no problems with squeaking, nor putting marks on my carpet. It it begins to squeak I''ll get my husband to put WD40 on it or something.

What a bargain! Multiple types of training for about $70 - balance, butt, thighs, cardio, core and arms...work at your own pace. I use this primarily to supplement my regular workouts; I have used it with great satisfaction for a full workout, too. True - it does move a bit when using it (so get up and move it yourself back where you want it) and it smelled awful right out of the box - but come on - the benefits out-weigh the minor inconvenience(s).
It Walks and Squeeks

I received mine 3 days ago. I was so excited when it came. It is very easy to use. But, mine also walks on my carpeted floor and squeeks. I only weigh 143 pounds. I find myself having to stop and move it back in place. Was hoping it would help my lower back and over flexible hip joints. Its back in the shipping box ready to ship back. Very portable. The rubber smell does go away quickly.

We love it. My whole family loves it. I can''t keep them off it. I get a great workout in minutes. Yes the items squeaks, but I put on my Ipod so I don''t hear it. Great workout for the price!

The stepper was easy to learn and use. I am over 50 and 50# overweight so I was concerned as towhether I could do it. So far my only complaint is that the rubber rollers left black marks on my carpet--not sure if they will come out. The 250# weight limit was new info. This may be a concern for some who want to buy. The two videos are redundant. The Eating Plan is simple. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase--good value priced product. |
