The stepper was easy to learn and use. I am over 50 and 50# overweight so I was concerned as towhether I could do it. So far my only complaint is that the rubber rollers left black marks on my carpet--not sure if they will come out. The 250# weight limit was new info. This may be a concern for some who want to buy. The two videos are redundant. The Eating Plan is simple. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase--good value priced product.
Wheels are welded on crooked

This machine shifted to the right so much I went around in a circle. Turned it upside down and noticed the wheels are not welded on straight. I am sending it back for a properly aligned machine; I hope there is one available. Otherwise, I liked the workout.

If it were possible to rate it 10 stars I would. Used it right out of the box. Set it in carpeted floor and jumped right on.(might add there is no rubber smell either). Im a 61 year old woman ; I had no problem with this moving at all. I had no balance problems either so if I can do it anyone can. This is such fun to use, you feel it working instantly. Well made and love the portability. I do also own the gazelle and this goes well with it. Great job Tony!

I Ordered this July 13th,got on it right out of the box wow can you feel it. kinda scary up there but once you get going hey hey hey man can you feel it in your inner and outter thighs. I am going to give it 30 days.glad you only start 4 and 8 mins in the beginners OMGOSH.Takes some getting use to tho almost feels like you are skating. I use to love to do that and I had thin thighs back then.Can''t wait to she what it does for me.SKinny Me here I come again for good.YEEEHA let ya know more.

If you use it, you will feel it. This exercise doesn''t hurt my knees or shins, many forms of exercise do. The kids have fun with it too. We take turns and see who can go the longest. It does squeak a bit, that''s why I gave it 4 not 5 stars. The counter works. There was a "new" smell the first couple days, but that goes away, so no problem. I have rubber mats we use for exercise. We have not had problems with slipping when we place it on the mats.

Thank you Tony for this product. I need surgery on both of my knees and by going slowly and listening to my body I have acheived the full 15 minuets with great results. I love your concern and patience on the video''s. I am 61 amd cannot do the excessive workouts that I did before, but this lets me get going again and feel good and sweat it out. Thanks again for making a product for all ages to enjoy. JoAnn

i love this item my whole family uses some not really exercising just doing what they see and even they feel the burn and pulling me and my 14 yr old use it for exercise my 11 yr old and 3 yr old use it just because they see us doing it but it is also teaching them to take better care of there body

This item should come with a can of WD40. Of course shortly after the 30 day return policy this item began to sqeak like crazy! But for the price what did I expect I guess??

I read the reviews after I purchased it and recieved it. U can feel it working. It feels like I run a marthon after just a few mins , That means it works. When you don''t feel pain you wont get the best results. I have lost already 6 pounds and I only been using it for a week. As for the Smell or squeak tell me what gym equipment doesn''t have a smell or nosie to it??? Take a chance I say if you don''t like the results send it back. But I LOVE IT!!! Tony Little Rocks!!!
