I returned the first set as 2 of the candles didn''t work. I exchanged the set rather than receive credit as I really liked the idea of having of a remote control. I am still disappointed. One of the candles of the new set didn''t work and the charge on the others just doesn''t hold. These candles sound great in theory but unfortunately they just don''t stand up to the promise. If I hadn''t destroyed the packaging I would have returned the 2nd. set.

One candle didn''t light at all and another wouldn''t hold a charge. The remote didn''t work unless you were right in front of the candle.I contacted the company, who told me they would send out two replacements and a month later, I received a box of styrofoam peanuts but no candles. HSN authorized a return at their expense so I will continue to buy from them, but certainly not the "Viatek" company.

I loved the remote to be able to turn them on or off with just a click. However, I found the candles to be very difficult to put on and get off the recharging base. The notches did not seem to line up and once on the base it was hard to find the certain spot to be able to get them removed from the base. I also had one candle tip come off in my hand. I found these candles to be very frustrating to use.

I was very excited to get this product since I always burn candles but after these I will stick to the real ones. The candles have to be conditioned and the batteries have memory. One never charged another lost the flame tip in shipping. I have seen other re-chargables but these aren''t worth the trouble.

i saw these and said theres the perfect gift ! my sister recently developed alergic reactions to purfumes and related product and candles fell right into that loss in her life. she opened these and was overwhelmed she loves them and can have the realistic warmth agine that they give .THANK YOU!

One of my candles won''t turn on or take a charge. In addition the instructions say you need to give them 1/4 turn to lock and unlock from the base, but they only turn 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch. And once they are in the base they are very, very hard to remove even if the slots are lined up. The led lights are much brighter and more natural looking, but the locking system and quality control need work.

This is wonderful product. Thank you Viatek and HSN for developing it and bringing to HSN first. Love the new design and the remote feature. I push the button and like magic they all turn on and off. AMAZING item. QUALITY IS first rate. Thanks again all. Bring me more great items like this. |
