Always had trouble with other cookers but this one works great. Just follow their instructions and walla Great Rice!!!! My rice from scratch and from a box came out very good. Thinking of ordering the larger one.

Great buy it does great rice and pretty fast too. It is very easy to do if you used the cup included.

this rice cooler works very poorly. it is difficult to clean, liquid runs down the side. i am extremely disappointed. i will not purchase any other produt of woftgang puck. i would gladly return, but my 30 days are up.

Judy from V - I had identical problems with my rice cooker. I''ve made the macaroni & cheese twice, measuring amounts with their included measuring cup, and had a horrible mess to clean up both times. Also the condensation cup does not fit properly into the unit. Cleaning up the mess last night the lid broke off. This one is going back, along with the rice cooker cookbook I ordered.

I am extremely disappointed in this rice cooker! I received it last week and I have made the mac & cheese twice. It was good but I had a mess both times to clean up. The liquid run all down the sides and all over my counter top. I used the measuring cup that came with it both times. The rice cooker itself is very hard to clean up! I am very disappointed in WG! I would not recommend this product.

Both my daughter and I have this cooker, she loves it so much she now wants the 7 cup one. I don''t understand why people are having trouble with it, you just have to make sure you use the measuring cup that comes with it. No trouble with the little cup in the back and I think cleanup is no problem.

I have only used my rice cooker once since I got it last week, but it was every thing it was advertised to be. I had purchased the cookbook by Debra Murray also and I made the Spaghetti Pie, cutting the recipe in half since my cooker is only 5 cups. It turned out great, took very little time and turned out perfectly. I recommend this appliance to everyone, if you follow the directions, the recipe turns out just like it is written.

I have all of your rice cookers but this is the best, brown rice with asparagus is fantastic in this little baby. made me finally love brown rice. again god bless wolfie. love you. Jane

I own a rice cooker which is not "hermetically sealed" that does a much better job and is easier to clean. Unlike my $15 non-sealed cooker (where you just pull out the inner pot and drop the lid and pot in the dishwasher), you have to clean the spillover (in the crack of the seal), the condensation cup, remove the top plate, and clean the inside lid as well as the pot. The rice cooks exactly the same as a non sealed cooker, and deb''s cookbook recipies all work in the non-sealed cooker.
Read all the reviews to see if there was some clue

Is there some trick to putting on that water holder. By luck I got it on the first time, took it off to clean it but can''t get it back on. Using the pot while the UPS truck was still in the driveway must be a joke. I had to go through those peanuts which filled a 30gallon black bag, then opened the box. No leakage on counter top so the water holder was in place and the lid was under the gasket. Made the Mac & Cheese, certainly didn''t come out like on the show. |
