Great Rice every time

I love this rice cooker. I have never made rice that was so fluffy--it''s never mushy or dry! I have used this to make rice pudding, dried pasta with sauce, mased potatoes and a few other dishes listed in the cookbook. Am quite pleased, although I did not realise that it would be so small. On the whole, I am very happy with this purchase.
Wolfgang Puck Rice Cooker is BAD

I had been using rice cookers and had purchased Wolfgang Puck products before -- and they were good. This rice cooker is not the case and definitely the worst product I ever purchased. The handle heats up, spills on all sides, and I used their measuring water level as indicated and my rice always ends up mushy -- now I have to improvise another technique to measure water level. I am extremely disappointed to see Wolfgang Puck putting his name on this one!

i love this rice cooker. i am really pleased with it. i have a lot of wolfgang puck items, i have never been disappointed. this rice cooker cooks roast, ribs beans, anything. the taste of the food is better than a oven or stove or crockpot. it helps save energy, you do not have to use the stove or oven. i watch all wolfgang puck shows i can. i have learned a lot about cooking. i feel like i am at a expensive resturant every time he is on.

I''ve had this machine a few weeks now and every rice dish I have made turned out perfectly. I haven''t tried other foods yet, but I ordered the rice cooker cook book and can''t wait to try other recipes. I also like it because clean up is easy and the price is very reasonable.I think this would make a great gift for singles and small families.

Always had trouble with other cookers but this one works great. Just follow their instructions and walla Great Rice!!!! My rice from scratch and from a box came out very good. Thinking of ordering the larger one.

Great buy it does great rice and pretty fast too. It is very easy to do if you used the cup included.

this rice cooler works very poorly. it is difficult to clean, liquid runs down the side. i am extremely disappointed. i will not purchase any other produt of woftgang puck. i would gladly return, but my 30 days are up.

Judy from V - I had identical problems with my rice cooker. I''ve made the macaroni & cheese twice, measuring amounts with their included measuring cup, and had a horrible mess to clean up both times. Also the condensation cup does not fit properly into the unit. Cleaning up the mess last night the lid broke off. This one is going back, along with the rice cooker cookbook I ordered.

I am extremely disappointed in this rice cooker! I received it last week and I have made the mac & cheese twice. It was good but I had a mess both times to clean up. The liquid run all down the sides and all over my counter top. I used the measuring cup that came with it both times. The rice cooker itself is very hard to clean up! I am very disappointed in WG! I would not recommend this product.

Both my daughter and I have this cooker, she loves it so much she now wants the 7 cup one. I don''t understand why people are having trouble with it, you just have to make sure you use the measuring cup that comes with it. No trouble with the little cup in the back and I think cleanup is no problem. |
